Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer
service within 14 days of arrival to arrange the return of your item.

Once your item is returned in its original packaging and unused and at your own expense, we
will refund the cost of the item excluding any postage costs. Returns should be received within
30 days of contacting customer service. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the
safe return of the parcel, we recommend to use a tracked service.
This does not affect your statutory rights.


Replacements

All our items are checked before dispatch to make sure that they are of the highest quality. If
your item is faulty for any reason, then please contact us within 14 days to arrange a replacement.

Once we have received the faulty item, a replacement will be sent out. The postage for this
replacement is free of charge. If you would prefer a refund for faulty goods, we will refund the
cost of the product, excluding any postage costs.

Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of
their receipt by telephone on 01582 808829 or email returns@redlite.co.uk.


Refused & Undeliverable Packages


All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim
may be returned to our warehouse by the postal service provider. If you wish for the parcel to
be resent there will be an additional postage cost of £2 for UK parcels or £7.50 for international.
