Long hot showers strip skin of it's moisture & wash away its protective oils.

Lack of hydration within the skin is a concern for so many people, it causes flaking, uneven skin tone & premature
lines & wrinkles. Excessive heat on the skin can further exacerbate these symptoms, including having very hot
showers, baths, saunas etc.

There are many other factors that may dry out the skin such as excessive sun exposure, air conditioning & using
the wrong skincare for your skin type. In order to rehydrate we need to treat the skin in 3 ways:

1. Skincare - Products applied to the skin topically to intensely hydrate and lock in moisture

2. Supplements - A healthy balanced diet with fibrous foods will help treat the skin along with the aid of supplements
such as Vitamin A & Vitamin C.

3. Makeup- Using the right makeup will allow the skin to breath and naturally excrete dead skin cells & still keep
the skin supple.

A daily regime that is manageable for you is the best, we can't expect everyone to not enjoy life and have a few
things that aren't help their skin but if you treat your skin right for the majority of the time you will reap the benefits.
